In 2019 Isabelle Côté and Kim Glode became the new faces of Halawa Sugaring, a brand that was founded in 1996. Under their leadership, the company underwent a transformation to adopt a modern and detailed image but still preserved the integrity of the signature sugaring pastes.
In 2021, we expanded our product line to offer four unique textures of sugaring paste, to meet the diverse needs of your clients.
In 2022 Miss Jen Inc. Distribution took over a global expansion.
By 2024, our product line had further expanded to include skin care products: “pre-depilatory lotion” and “post-depilatory gel”, a signature handmade soap, and “Halawa At-Home Kit,” making professional-quality sugaring accessible to everyone at home.

With qualifications as an aesthetician, and hair removal specialist in many different techniques, Isabelle brings a lot of knowledge and expertise to our team. She's a high-category trainer, who educated numerous professionals and participated in various makeup events, sharing her passion and skills with others. With a 15-years of experience as a beauty and spa salon owner, Isabelle decided to dedicate herself to a new adventure with Halawa Sugaring, where she continues to inspire and lead our whole team with her love for life, arts, and travel.
Kim Glode brings valuable expertise and a diverse skill set to our team. With her background as a trained massage therapist and former owner of Halte O Spa, Kim knows a lot of secrets of the beauty and wellness industry. She invests her experience in production, sales, and brand development, contributing to our ongoing success. Working alongside other estheticians gave her a deep understanding of the real needs of the best professionals in the industry. She invests valuable knowledge in creating products that meet the highest standards and fit perfectly for estheticians who want to bring their hair removal services to a better level.
